I was greeted by Jeff Handy when I arrived at Spitzer Ford Hartville. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle, and he found it quickly. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want or need. Jeff is knowledgeable and assured my satisfaction. My car-buying experience was outstanding from start to finish thanks to Jeff Handy and the Spitzer Ford Hartville team. This is the second vehicle that I purchased from Spitzer. Sierra is excellent with customer service. She is very thorough in her communications and very kind to her customers. She always makes sure that she talks with the technicians to get what the customers need. And she even has them take a video of the services which is greatly appreciated.
