During that week Andy listened, answered my questions, sought assistance to my concerns, and never pressured me nor gave me pat answers to influence my decision. I felt connected to him, felt he had my best interest at heart, and appreciated his attentive yet non-pressure demeanor. He allowed the car and my situation to dictate the deal.
