I was treated fairly and got a good price on my trade-in and drove out in a new Ford truck, which I had not planned on doing, but am glad I did. "Friendliest Dealership EVER !" We have just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Spitzer Ford in Hartville, Ohio. We had been looking for a particular type and color of car for a whil We have just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Spitzer Ford in Hartville, Ohio. We had been looking for a particular type and color of car for a while, and found the car that caught our interest, on the internet and contacted them on Saturday. Mr. Matthew Burnworth was the salesman who went above and beyond, the extra mile to help us out. We live over 50 miles away and did not want to drive down to look at a car that would not be as we hoped for. Mr. Burnworth went out into the lot and gave it a good looking over and assured me that it was worth the drive. (And it was.) When we arrived at the dealership, Mr. Burnworth gave us a VIP welcome, and helped us in every way as we inspected the car, he was more than patient with our questions, and was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. We also met Mr. Mike Freeders who helped answer some not so typical questions about warranties, mechanical issues, and dealership, we found him to be most friendly and very knowledgeable. After we made the deal, we were introduced to the F & I Manager, Mr. Andrew Anderson, and he proved to be just as helpful and knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home. All in all, this was one of the best experiences I have had in my 70 years of buying a car.
