Perfectly Painless We stopped by Spitzer on a whim to look at a used Jeep they had on the lot. Mike Freeders told us about the Jeep and all the little extras the previo We stopped by Spitzer on a whim to look at a used Jeep they had on the lot. Mike Freeders told us about the Jeep and all the little extras the previous owners had added to it in the short time they had owned it. He let us take it for a test drive and afterward he didn't pressure us at all when we decided to go home and talk it over. We went back later that day to purchase it. This was our first time purchasing a vehicle, and Mike was very patient and explained everything to us in detail so that we knew exactly what we were doing, which made us a lot more comfortable. Before our financing was even approved, he was able to very closely estimate what our monthly payments would be, and he gave us a great price for our trade-in. The entire process was completely painless. Now, whenever a friend starts searching for a vehicle we tell them to go talk with Mike at Spitzer in Hartville because we know he'll treat them right and get them into the vehicle they want too. He stated he was fairly new to the dealership, but I found him to be competent and confident in Spitzer paperwork sales procedures. He was familiar with the Ford product line and actually pointed me to a better option with more value for the buck once he figured out what it was I was looking for in a truck. I was very impressed with Jason and it was the best car buying experience I have had in a long time. He explained each step of the sales process thoroughly. I was treated fairly and got a good price on my trade-in and drove out in a new Ford truck, which I had not planned on doing, but am glad I did. The financing portion was painless with Andrew Anderson and I felt good after working with him. I had a very satisfying experience with Spitzer and look forward to future dealings with them. More
