He asked what we were looking for in a vehicle and got the keys for the one we liked. We test drove the Escape we were interested in and two hours later, it was ours! Throughout our experience, we were never pressured to buy; it was a fun and laid back atmosphere staffed by knowledgeable, friendly people. Couldn't believe how fast the work was done. Had to have a fuel tank pressure sensor replaced on my F150. They had to pull the gas tank and drive shaft in order to do it.
