Have taken my car to Spitzer in Hartville, Ohio for service a few times and have always been greeted by men who handled my appointment information, but this time was different. My appointment contact today was Sierra Dieble, a very pleasant young lady, who promptly took the information regarding the purpose of my appointment. When service was completed, I had a few questions regarding I entries on the itemized service invoice which I thought one of the men would answer.
