Best Dealer Experience I am 53 years old, and I have bought many vehicles during my life. Most of those experiences have been negative, dealing with SALESPEOPLE. This experience was completely different at Spitzer Ford in Hartville, Ohio. I drove 2 hours to this dealership, from Pittsburgh, because they had the used car I wanted. From the initial phone conversation to the drive out of their parking lot, EVERYONE was terrific!!! • Price was great • Trade value was on target • Not one person was pushy • They were professional and friendly • Their advertised Honda HR-V was exactly as listed • Adam, Matthew, JR, and Andrew we're VERY helpful In the future, I will not hesitate to drive two hours to their dealership to purchase a vehicle. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest, enjoyable, fair deal!!! More

That gave us confidence to buy a car at the dealership and expect great service as the norm. We had a wonderful salesperson/Jennifer work with us as we navigated the several options until we finally chose the right vehicle for us. She was ably assisted by her mentor Mike. 2017 Ford F150 Purchase Experience After spending several days on an unsuccessful try to purchase a 2017 Ford F150 at a local Ford dealer I contacted Spitzer Ford via email. Spitzer Fo After spending several days on an unsuccessful try to purchase a 2017 Ford F150 at a local Ford dealer I contacted Spitzer Ford via email. Spitzer Ford had an F150 on their lot with the trailering options I was looking for and the truck had the exact list price as the F150 offered at the local dealer. I made an email inquiry for information about the Spitzer Ford F150 at 4 P.M. on a Friday and promptly received a response from Melissa at Spitzer. Salesman Adam Zeman contacted me soon after the email response. The next morning Sales Manager JR Smith accepted the same trade and offer that I made to the local dealer. After a test drive confirmed it was the truck I wanted, Andrew Anderson quickly processed the financial paperwork and at approximately 4 P.M. Saturday I began my 3-hour trip home in a new Ford F150. Each person that I had contact with at Spitzer Ford was responsive and professionally answered my questions. Adam Zeman coordinated the entire purchase process and made it all go very smoothly. I will definitely contact Adam, and Spitzer Ford for my next vehicle purchase. More
