Clearly you have to use Ford financing to get the financing incentive, but they are totally up-front, instead of trying to lure you in and then hit you with the "real" price later on. Tom Seese was excellent to deal with. He was responsive, concise, and got the deal done and paperwork overnighted in just a couple of hours. When we arrived to take delivery, he took the time to explain all the electronic features of the vehicle and had it all cleaned up and ready to go. No waiting! Highly recommended! More

Fair and honest They gave fair amount for my trade .Worked to show us the best deals on interest rates.Did not try to sell extras .Plus worked way past (8pm) closing They gave fair amount for my trade .Worked to show us the best deals on interest rates.Did not try to sell extras .Plus worked way past (8pm) closing time (10pm) to get the deal done , was not trying to hurry and shove us out the door.Explained their service area and free car washes at all Spitzers.This was my sons first new vehicle,took time to ask him what was important needs on the vehicle and what kind of payments and how long of payments.Explained what was covered in warranty versa the extended warranty covers.This is the second vehicle i bought from Spitzer Ford.They may not have the largest inventory ,but a better selection of vehicles , not all high dollar top of the line vehicles like some dealers carry. More

So far...so good I've had no problems so far with the vehicle. The salesman, Adam it's his job to sell cars, he wasn't pushy to sell the vehicle like most dealers. Don't send teenage girls in for service. I did not appreciate the way the service department took advantage of the 2 teenage girls that were sent in for a simple oil change today. Their moth I did not appreciate the way the service department took advantage of the 2 teenage girls that were sent in for a simple oil change today. Their mother was very specific as to "just an oil change" when scheduling. The girls were very specific with just an oil change" today. They ended up with a $70 "works" package with rotation. How kind of them to give them a $16 coupon. I spoke with Mike the service manager, who offered me $3 refund for the rotation. A $19.95 oil change on an 05 Escape apparently costs $67 normally. At least it does when 2 teenage girls take the car in. The girls were told to repeat "just an oil change", because upselling is part of the business. I get that. They were on a limited budget. I spent over 10 years in Ford dealerships, and never would I have imagined someone be so calus as Mike was. I sure hope they don't treat the elderly that way too. Disgraceful! More

Made a different purchase than I expected I came in looking at a different vehicle than I purchased. As it turned out I found myself interested in a Jeep Liberty. I had never had a Jeep and so I came in looking at a different vehicle than I purchased. As it turned out I found myself interested in a Jeep Liberty. I had never had a Jeep and so was unfamiliar with actual issues from Jeep. Tom helped answer questions and allowed me to do some research online before I made my decision. He was patient because I took A LOT of time deciding. The SUV was the actual type of vehicle I needed for my life style though I hadn't considered it before. If Tom had not given me this time to consider my decision I would not have purchased this vehicle. There was no pressure and that is important to me. Tom was also very personable and had an enjoyable personality! More
