I am a new Spitzer customer, I’ve always had Ford and I was in need of a new truck. I I have been looking for several months online within a certain radius around my home. I found two trucks that I liked o was in need of a new truck. I I have been looking for several months online within a certain radius around my home. I found two trucks that I liked one at Spitzer Ford Hartville, and another one at a Ford dealer north of me when I called Spitzer Hartville they were very polite on the phone and they asked me to bring my truck in and they wanted to take a look at it. When I got there, I told my salesman that was assigned to me Zach Koval and he asked me what I was looking for and I had given him your stock number and had it washed up warmed up for and we went for a test drive I knew that was the truck for me . The staff at that dealership in my opinion wouldn’t above and beyond to make me feel comfortable at ease, and it was the quickest and easiest transaction on a vehicle I’ve ever made in my life. It was so good the next day I brought my wife’s car down and another car, and we traded both of them in on a new Ford escape for her too. The sales staff the finance folks were just totally awesome. I am now a Spitzer customer. More

Dylan Yavorsky went above and beyond to make things right. He made sure the service was done correctly and was able to update a TSB for the HUD even though the car was not in for that. right. After 1 year and 8,000 miles later, my oil pan and valve covers leaking. Needs new brakes and rotors all around. Spare under truck bed is not even the same as what’s on the truck.
