Extremely helpful, caring and personable This is my second vehicle I’ve ever purchased, my first one I’ve ever financed. So needless to say I was pretty nervous. I wasn’t sure what to expect This is my second vehicle I’ve ever purchased, my first one I’ve ever financed. So needless to say I was pretty nervous. I wasn’t sure what to expect or how the whole process completely worked. I was lucky enough to work with Carmin. She was so personable and extremely helpful. Buying a car no matter your price range, situation or knowledge can always make anyone anxious. She talked me through the whole process and helped me find just the right vehicle for me. No only Carmin but just about everyone we talked to the whole time we were there was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is who we went through to talk finance details with, he didn’t seem to really care much to talk to us or explain things which made the process a little more difficult considering this was my first time financing a vehicle. If possible I would try to work with another finance employee if possible. But all in all I would absolutely do business with Spitzer Ford of Hartville again, Big big thank you to Carmin for making my process there so easy it means so much! More
