How do you change the public perception of "Car Sales" There are Sales people and then there are people who are interested in helping a customer make the "Best and Right" choice for themselves. That shows in her communication skills and the overall demeanor in her presentation. She is comfortable to work with and easy to chat with. I highly recommend her! Having people Like Carmen on the sales force is the only way to change the public perception of the Car Sales process. More

Completely unprofessional practices I recently reached out to Spitzer because of my interest in a specific vehicle they had for sale. I told them I planned to make it there as soon as po I recently reached out to Spitzer because of my interest in a specific vehicle they had for sale. I told them I planned to make it there as soon as possible and that it would more than likely be the next Saturday, which I believe was 3 days from my initial contact. I told them I would let them know exactly when I was leaving home so they'd know when to expect me. No problems so far. So, Saturday comes and I receive and email wishing to confirm my appointment. I email them back to confirm and tell them that I will email them again when I'm walking out the door and that I will be there roughly 2 hours after I do that. So I send the email saying I'm leaving, walk out the door and am on the road there. Well, I get all the way there and stop for my wife to use the restroom, notice I have an email. I read the email and I'm told that the car was just sold. So I drove over 2 hours for nothing. The car was sold when they knew I was on my way there to look at that specific car. I drove all the way there for nothing. It was the most unprofessional experience of my life. Then the guy says he can show me a few other cars. I've seriously never been more mad in my life. I think sold the car days before and just wanted to get me there. I have the emails saved as proof of all this. More
