Just a great experience I will say that Spitzer Hartville has earned my business., as I was dedicated for 20 + years to a Kent ohio established dealership . I stoped by and was not pressured and the salesman Dustin was great. The pricing was better by a few grand on the bottom line and the trade in value was also slightly above the other dealer. Just all around great experience. More

Friendly staff, quick and attentive service My car broke down and I needed another car. It was a spur of the moment decision. I had my dog with me in the back of the car and I didn't really kn My car broke down and I needed another car. It was a spur of the moment decision. I had my dog with me in the back of the car and I didn't really know what kind of car I was looking for. I wasn't really planning on looking at cars. We passed the dealership and saw a little Jeep out front I liked. We went in just to inquire how much they were asking for it. The staff was so friendly and easy to talk to. I checked it out and drove the car. Loved it. I took my dog right into the dealership with me to make a deal. The price was right. Made a deal right there and then and picked the car up the next day. Staff was more than willing to help with anything I needed. Very nice to work with. Happy friendly people. More
