I recently took my 2015 Silver. in for its 100,000 mile maintenance plus a couple of other maintenance items. When Tanya called to inform me of the items she was prepared to answer ALL my questions from cost to the time they would need my truck. Even though I wasn't prepared for the extra work, Tanya made it easy for me to change my schedule around while I waited for them to finish. VERY PROFESSIONAL !!! More

Tanya's communication throughout the whole process was exceptional and she went above and beyond to reassure I had nothing to worry about and I would be taken care of. Kevin (mechanic) did an exceptional job! We made it back to Texas with no issues. Tanya reached out to me a couple of days later to check on me and my family to ensure we made it home safely. This personable gesture alone meant so much to me and my family. At no point did I ever feel like a customer during this ordeal, but more of guest.
