Service department is horrible told them what was wrong with the vehicle, they told me it would be covered under warranty and to bring it up, came in the next day only to be told it wouldnt be covered unde with the vehicle, they told me it would be covered under warranty and to bring it up, came in the next day only to be told it wouldnt be covered under warranty and that i had to pay for a diagnostic. Traded the vehicle in at a different dealership, and got a paper stating I am owed a refund for my GAP insurance, and Have been getting the run around from these guys since February. I have called numerous times only to be told they will call me back. The only time I got any help filing for the refund was because I drove up there and came in unannounced. It has been 11 weeks since I came in, and still nothing. I have called numerous times to get the insurance companies phone number so I can call to see what the hold up is for the refund, and the one time that I actually got a phone number from them it turned out to be for a Healthcare facility, and not the insurance company. So I'm back to playing the "I will call you back game." I would steer clear of these guys and pick a different dealership. For the record I have purchased 3 vehicles off of them in the past, and my wife got hers off of them as well. I will never do business with them again. More

My service advisor Clint Hackney was a plesure working with on servicing my vehicle. Clint went out of his way to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable on the needs of my vehicle. Been going to Spitzer for probably 20 years or more make that 30 Pontiac and Chevy never had a problem, everybody's always willing to help, Vernon the service manager always ready to help.
