Genuine Help and Customer Appreciation I was coming back from a trip when my check engine light on and stopped at the dealership since I was nearby. The guy at the front service desk didn't seem to want to help me, but James came right up to me and asked what my issue was. He quickly got it checked out, informed me of all of my options and was sympathetic to my situation. Dealer was ok, sales guy was exceptional. Spitzer isn't anything to write home about. Had a few issues that were met with less then satisfactory results.
