I went to test drive the Chevrolet Cruze one day with a restraint on time and got the pleasure of dealing with an all around good family man, Dave Miller. He has been in the car industry for 25 years and very knowledgable about the product. I still get regular updates on how is granddaughters are when I stop in to get my free car washes! Anyways I didn't really go to Spitzer to buy a car that day I just went to test drive the Cruze but I still wanted to look at some of my other options before I made this big of a decision. However I test drove the car and kew it was exxactly what I wanted. And since I had already built up a relationship with Dave I decided I might as well go for it as long as I can get what I want out of my trade. The first offer they brought back for my trade was not acceptable to me but I told them what I wanted out of it and the manager gave me what I wanted. I knew I had to act on it right away they had the car I wanted, the price I wanted to pay, but most importantly the service exceeded my expectations! I continue to reccomend Dave to anybody that I know is in the market for a new car. All around GREAT guy! My next car will definitely be bought off Dave! More

I walked in for an appointment to look at a used toyota and met Ken who was a pleasure to work with the entire time. The staff worked hard to get me financed and did on the following day. They were aggressive in contacts and did bring in a truck from Pa. that I wanted. Personnel were all what one might say (human beings) and wanted to sell a vehicle while still offering competitive pricing. More
