Dave Miller is certainly a great asset to Spitzer's staff--he is always very amicable and very professional. Spitzer's Service Dept. has improved tremendously since my 2007 purchase and continues to improve--upon each scheduled maintenance appointment, Service staff communicates a complete explanation of services rendered and suggests issues which may be required soon. My experience at Spitzer was great. I am a first time car buyer and was afraid of being mislead but I ended up with a great car at a good price. I was thrown for a loop when I walked into the finance office buyer and was afraid of being mislead but I ended up with a great car at a good price. That was the only negative because I was thrown off guard. That aside, I will be recommending the dealership to all of my friends in the future!
