i was very unhappy with the service and the quality of the 2012 chevy camaro.after having it only two day and the service engine light came on and the mass airflow sencer was out and now it has developed the 2012 chevy camaro.after having it only two day and the service engine light came on and the mass airflow sencer was out and now it has developed a clunking sound from the transmisson or rear end.the dealer heard it and had me bring it in for service and they cant find the problem so they told gm that the car was fine and that i should turn up the radio so i dont hear it.needless to say i will not buy another car from spitzer or another chevy/gm product again.not to mention i bought 2 new cars in 2 weeks from spitzer2012 cruze and 2012 camaro,i think i am a ford fan now and i have never owned one.i think they wont mind my bussiness More

Dave Miller is certainly a great asset to Spitzer's staff--he is always very amicable and very professional. Spitzer's Service Dept. has improved tremendously since my 2007 purchase and continues to improve--upon each scheduled maintenance appointment, Service staff communicates a complete explanation of services rendered and suggests issues which may be required soon. My experience at Spitzer was great. I am a first time car buyer and was afraid of being mislead but I ended up with a great car at a good price. I was thrown for a loop when I walked into the finance office buyer and was afraid of being mislead but I ended up with a great car at a good price. I was thrown for a loop when I walked into the finance office and heard that my payment would be about $100 more than originally thought though. That was the only negative because I was thrown off guard. That aside, I will be recommending the dealership to all of my friends in the future!
