Purchase of used car Having been to several different dealerships I will say this was the best organized dealership of all. Wanting to purchase a used 2014 impala limited and shopping on-line for over a month spitzer did have the lowest priced vehicle that was a certified used car which usually pushes the price up 1000 to 2000 on the same car. After looking at a car a progressive chevy I called spitzer to make sure the vehicle I was interested in was still there. I was out right through to a salesman (Brian) who looked it up and informed me it was. While enroute the sales manager called me to introduce himself and verify my appointment and on my arrival the car was parked in front with dealer plate on it and salesman was at door with carfax and keys in hand. Car was immaculate and not only had plastic over carpet but spitzer matts on top of that. I did purchase car and was very impressed how this salesman prepared for the appointment. Some other dealerships even after calling you have to wait for salesperson, wait for them to locate car, ask for car fax, car is dirty, etc. Not with this dealership !!! More
unethical, terrible Had 2 deals in place and when I got there both times they backed out on both deals and changed the numbers. My salesman and 2 managers were in on it. They brought in a out of state truck(didn't tell them to) and even programed my phone. They get you excited and smash your hopes with their unethical games. Needless to say I walked out. DO NOT go there. Horrible experience and they waste your valuable time. More
Buyer beware "Buyer Beware" this company will NOT treat you professionally if you have a problem with a vehicle you purchased the same day. They will tell you a vehicle is in good running condition misrepresenting the actual condition. I purchased a 2007 Sierra Denali bases on the salesman assurance the vehicle was in good running condition. I drove it about 120 miles and the transmission failed. I called the salesman, Mike Shaheen, and he kept telling me he would call me back after he found out what the dealership was willing to do to help me. I received no return call and I attempted to call him very frequently he never called me back. A good dealership would want to help their customers and attempt to resolve problems equitably but not Spitzer Chevrolet. Shame on these guys. I will tell everyone I know NOT to deal with this type of dealership and I hope any potential buyer is hyper vigilant if you are considering to do so. More

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Clayton Cross last week on my first purchase of a new car! Mr. Clayton was very friendly and professional. He was also very knowledgeable of the car that I was looking to buy which was the 2013 Chevy Malibu 1LT. The malibu is a very nice car with lots of cool technical features that Clayton Cross thoroughly went over with me. There was no stress with working with Mr Cross even when it came to financing. He was very diligent with helping me understand my options with the financing process. Needless to say, I left the dealership with all smiles in my new 2013 Chevy Malibu!! More

Called about a car that was posted without pictur WARNING: STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! This dealership is totally not customer-service oriented. Called about a car that was posted without pictures on Monday to request overall pics of condition. Took 2 days to get 2 pics of a tire and a backseat. 3 easy words "CELL PHONE" and "EMAIL" Since I was out of town (2 hours away), made arrangements to look at it on Thursday, since Monday and Thursday are the only days they'll stay late. And you can guess where this is going... after seeing the pics on Wednesday, I offered to put a deposit down over the phone. I was told their policy is not to accept deposits over the phone (really?!). Come to find out they were trying to sell (or pawn )the car off to someone with a low beacon score (really?!), but they'd call me if deal wasnt going to go through. Then, email says, deal went south, I'm pulling car around back ... see you Thursday (really? did you pull it around back?) Then, an hour later, Sorry, car is sold. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP - ESPECIALLY OVER THE NET. More
I had a pleasant sales experience a year ago when I purchased my used vehicle, they all seemed to be attentive when I was willing to spend thousands of dollare. After one year and extended warranty is purchased my used vehicle, they all seemed to be attentive when I was willing to spend thousands of dollare. After one year and extended warranty issues I decided to visit the dealer again in an attempt to resolve the issues. Once again, while I was present, they were very attentive and appeared to "want to resolve the issue" but then after 3 hours of waiting, I had to leave and my issues appear to be "out of sight, out of mind". I had to make several return phone calls just to get what I was asking for and promised while I was in the showroom. This has been an eye opening experience and I will never be a repeat customer for any Spitzer dealership. This one experience has ruined my taste for the whole spitzer family unfortunately. More
