Don't buy a car here. Horn was broken and I didn't realize it. They have given me the run around for weeks. Everytime I bring that up everyone says no we aren't this is the first time we've spoken. Well finally dealing with the office manager who told me he would personally look into this. Few days later I haven't heard from anyone called back. He says he will have a definite answer for me by the next day ( Tuesday ) well now it's been pretty much a week later still haven't heard anything so I called and he can at all understand why I would be upset at them. He tried to give me some lame excuse that someone quit but that doesn't excuse leave me hanging for almost a week after you promised to call. I even asked what about him calling Tuesday he yeah I probably said that. Couldn't even remember. Then all I said that was unprofessional and he tells me not to insult him. Even though that's how it's been up to this point. Unprofessional and it's not insulting you pointing out how unprofessional yourself and that establishment has been. It was broken the whole time and I even pointed out the car alarm sounded weird with no horn and was told that's how it is. They cheated me and now I'm pissed they are xxxxxxxxx who are cheats. Want respect but haven't shown me any at all but demand me to smile and not point out they have been xxxxxxx me around for weeks and weeks. Oh and Dan the sales manager it's funny the only time you ever called me back was to be a smart xxx acting like you finally after weeks had some solution. Yeah me saying xxxx you that time, yeah, that's me insulting you. Telling you that you're being unprofessional because you forgot to call me back ( again ) isnt. Not being happy with being sold a 20 some thousand dollar car with a broken horn isn't insulting you. Not being sure if I bought a car at the right place is not insulting you. At this point after all weeks and weeks of you guys dismissing me passing the buck on a car you should have made sure was road worthy before you sold it. I'll get it handled I don't need nor want the stress this horrible establishment has been causing. Should have never bought a car here More
