Amazingly painless! I had in the back of my mind that I was eventually going to trade my 2008 cobalt in, but due to an unfortunate accident ( that wasn't my fault) I need I had in the back of my mind that I was eventually going to trade my 2008 cobalt in, but due to an unfortunate accident ( that wasn't my fault) I needed another car. Great Customer Service Michael Anderson was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, crunching the numbers and very friendly. Michael and John Wolonsky (also very friendly) w Michael Anderson was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, crunching the numbers and very friendly. Michael and John Wolonsky (also very friendly) were both very supportive of both Spitzer and the customer, which is hard to balance the two. But they accomplished that, while maintaining a smooth transition into a new vehicle. It's difficult to find honest car salesmen. They were not pushy (which would have made me buy elsewhere), which was a nice change. Mike Shaheen completed the final transaction in a timely manner, with a smile on his face. All 3 men are to be commended, because they were comfortable to deal with, I have already recommended them to my son and will recommend to friends, as well. More
