Joseph Jones in the Service Department was very helpful when I took my 2015 Trax in for a noise that they had been trying to figure out for a few weeks. It was a repair that was going to take a few hours so Kurt, in the service dept, drove me home and then came and picked me up later. I don't know the name of the technician who rode with me, but all three of these guys were super nice and helpful...and my Trax does not make the noice anymore! More
