We knew what vehicle we were looking for and it took a little longer than we thought it would for Scott & the Spitzer team to locate one with what we wanted, (color, options, etc.), - but in the end we got our new Traverse. Very friendly Went in to have our 2011 Equinox serviced and while waiting started looking at the cars in the show room.
