Darren was by far the least professional salesman i've ever dealt with, along with J.R. the manager, Of course I wasted my time by taking my truck to them to sell even though it was clear I wasn't buying ever dealt with, along with J.R. the manager, Of course I wasted my time by taking my truck to them to sell even though it was clear I wasn't buying a new car. After wasting my time JR took my truck for a test drive and said he felt a shake at 40 mph but couldn't say where from, let alone where he got the truck that fast nearby. Of course without putting in the service center to pay an arm and leg to find out it's fine, Darren laughed at me and said I should take the offer I was given elsewhere. I actually left and went to Kia and got a car there because they treat customers with respect. I recommend any other dealer than Spitzer. One star because I can't leave zero. More
I recently purchased a vehicle from Spitzter and unfortunately the vehicle had some transmission problems. The great news is the dealership, Chris Jung, and JR specifically made it right!!!!! There isn't anything more satisfying then a car dealership standing by the vehicle they sell. I would highly recommend the sales team. My purchase was smooth considering I was 5 hours out of town. They were tentative to the sale and made it happen exceeding my expectations. More
I would like to give a big thanks to Amanda Hessick for the great way she treated me and made sure my car was safe for my 4 hour trip before Christmas. I took my 2020 Chevrolet to the Spitzer dealership located in North Canton, Ohio. A lady (ERIN)wrote the service order I paid $130.00 for the work to be done per warranty instructions. They did not located in North Canton, Ohio. A lady (ERIN)wrote the service order I paid $130.00 for the work to be done per warranty instructions. They did not even check the tire air pressure which has a readout on the dash. They blamed that on the temperature change. 2,000 miles later the Check engine light came on. I was close to the Progressive Chevrolet Dealership in Massillon, Oh. They had the Corvette for 3days. Finding 4 service Recalls on the service that Spitzer had overlooked. Progressive gave me a ride home. The check engine light came on again, this time more serious, Transmission problems are involved since the service from Spitzer were over looked. Now the parts to repair the transmission are on order for repair work. My Corvette has been the service going on3 weeks. SAY NO to Spitzer for Sales and Service for your next purchase. More
