Pat was most accommodating while advising they did have 4 others to do to. I had purchased my 2007 TL-S there and asked for a few discounts which they gave me (I like how they rewarded my loyalty). Got a complimentary loaner (2018 TLX), free car wash and vacuum, and 4 new tires. After a few other minor fix-em ups Layne tagged team and brought me to the finish line by 5:30pm. We had some extenuating circumstances and worked with Chris, Rob (Sales Manager), and Adam (GM). Every single one wanted to do their best for our family and made the right things happen. They were genuine, up-front, and kind and the reason why I bought my second Acura MDX (the first was still going strong after 11 years, but I was ready for a change). I am really not a person who writes reviews, but this matters. Chris has been consistent to ensure I am happy with the new car. If you go there ask for him and definitely meet Rob and Adam. All good people that I felt had our best interest at heart, even if they had to adjust on their end. They still operate like a family run business that actually puts the customer first, not just the sale. PS. The car is the BEST for our family of 5 and 2 dogs :-) More

Glad I Returned Home I am so happy that I decided to inquire about what was available to me as my lease was nearing its end. I was hesitant, and after my experience at ano I am so happy that I decided to inquire about what was available to me as my lease was nearing its end. I was hesitant, and after my experience at another dealership in the North Hills, I considered buying out my lease and keeping the car until I had enough value to trade it in on something I liked better. I shared all of my concerns with Chris. He really listened to me and never tried to push me to buy or lease that day. He answered all of my questions and gave me information to take with me and weigh on my own terms. He answered all of my questions throughout and even offered to come in on his day off if I needed him to do so. Three days later, I decided to follow through. Again, when I began reconsidering some color options, Chris listened and never pushed what was in stock on me. He and Rob searched to find the car that I wanted and were willing to have it at the dealership in two days. Ultimately, I did end up purchasing the TLX ASpec that I originally was considering. I am so happy that I returned back to Spitzer after a one-time, spur of the moment purchase at another dealer. Thank you to Layne for always providing great service. That's what brought me in on Wednesday. I used the service at the other dealership once, and never went back after a very troubling experience. When it's time to trade in this car or have it serviced, I will only go to Spitzer. Thank you Chris, Rob, Adam and Layne. More
