Great service I had an issue with my car that affected getting the car inspected. I waited until after the inspection was due to get the car in to Spitzer. Totaly Confused Sales Team Made contact with a salesperson about a vehicle. Made an $ offer on vehicle. He told me he'd call me back in 30 min after talking with a manger. Som Made contact with a salesperson about a vehicle. Made an $ offer on vehicle. He told me he'd call me back in 30 min after talking with a manger. Someone called back - wasn't the same salesman. Never got an answer to my offer. Another salesman called back. Then emails asking about trade. I told them initially there would be no trade, cash offer. They didn't seem to know their head from their butt. Glad I didn't do business with them. Will stick to dealers who pay attention to what you tell them & know how to work a deal. Total waste of time here. More

Stress Free Buying Experience Our buying experience was easy and stress free. Our sales associate, Chris Griesmer, did an excellent job. Chris showed us the car, gave us all of the details and we went for a drive. We left that evening to think things over and there was no pressure at all. Other dealers continued to call, email, text, etc. relentlessly with no value being added for us. We returned to see Chris that weekend and bought the car. The price was right and the trade-in was more than fair. Chris answered all of our questions and showed us how to use all of the new features of the vehicle. He spent as much time as we needed to feel comfortable with all of the new technology as well. I can't overstate how easy and stress-free the experience was. That's very rare when buying a car from a dealership these days. More
