Adam Solomon was great, thorough, knowledgeable, and quick to respond! I would have given five stars however the rear window of our RDX shattered for no reason and we were told it was not covered under warranty. Ultimately the shattering of the window is a result of a defect our RDX shattered for no reason and we were told it was not covered under warranty. Ultimately the shattering of the window is a result of a defect in the rear window and Acura covered the repair. We spent a few hours with our insurance agent regarding submitting a claim, which we didn't have to, but it would have been nice to know that wasn't necessary when we originally dropped the car off. When I saw that Acura was releasing a new Integra for 2023, I decided to order one. And since we had the pleasure of dealing with Lynn Osborn when we purchased our RDX, I knew that we would like to work 2023, I decided to order one. Lynn Osborn was wonderful throughout the process of purchasing our 2022 MDX. She as helpful and patient especially going over everything with the new vehicle.
