Went to Spitzer because closer dealer didn't have RDX we wanted. Lynn Osborn made us forget the old dealer with her awesome service. As long as we own Acura's we will probably use Spitzer. This is my first time at Spitzer, scheduled service for an oil change, and got the necessary recommendations from the service advisor. A full synthetic oil change price is approx. the same and hence no fla an oil change, and got the necessary recommendations from the service advisor.
