After our conversation I did some investigating with the employees that were here that day. The salespeople all thought that someone had asked you if you needed help and unfortunately we missed you that day. As I expressed on the phone I apologize that your experience was less than expected. Our policy is to give our customers in service some space because we want them to feel comfortable and not pressured when they come in to visit us for service and sales. Typically we say hello, ask them if they need help with anything at all and if we happen to miss them, most will come to the front desk and we always get someone to help them.
