Very simple process at Spitzer after a closer to home dealer wanted to play games with their mandatory dealer add ons and over priced dealer accessories. Spitzer had exact same vehicle, told them what I dealer wanted to play games with their mandatory dealer add ons and over priced dealer accessories. Spitzer had exact same vehicle, told them what I wanted for trade and wanted to pay for new RDX. No hassles, deal done.
