No one recalls you mentioning a time and it was not notated anywhere at time of check in. We make every effort to accommodate a time request when we know about it. My wife did tell Jeanine we needed it back by 3pm at the latest. We usually drop it off and put the time on the drop off form. This time we trusted the information with your staff and it wasn't relayed to anyone Thanks Dave
