The over all experience was very good, and Layne Ciminel treated me well from start to finish. I didn't care for the TV loop that was playing but the bowl of treats and bottled water made up for the lack o treated me well from start to finish. My vehicle was damaged by the mechanic who was maintaining it. There are two scratches on the passenger side door. One is deep that I can put my fingernail into it. Al went in immediately & showed maintaining it. There are two scratches on the passenger side door. One is deep that I can put my fingernail into it. Al went in immediately & showed Al. He is taking care of the situation. He is great! The mechanic said he never went on the passenger side! I find that amazing that he can rotate tires, do an oil change, replace brake fluid, do emissions, & inspect a vehicle. Only from the drivers side!!!! He would even look into my eyes when I confronted him. I always walk around my car before I leave it. Then again after. This is unacceptable & I’m now afraid to bring it back for maintenance or anything else it may need. More
