Found used vehicle on internet and spoke with Salesperson asking about some questions I had about some of the pictures since vehicle was dirty in pictures and it had been raining. I was sent a video of the vehicle which was done at night time and asked additional questions since I had about a 200 mile drive to purchase the vehicle and wanted to make sure that it was everything that I wanted before making the drive. We arrived early afternoon and the vehicles interior was very dirty with french fries on the floor along with lots of dirt and something splashed on the roof of the interior, and dog hair in the back. There were also several scratches on the drivers side and pits on the hood of the vehicle. I suggest that they start taking pictures in the daylight hours and the sun is not glaring down so that pictures are clearer. This would save a lot of aggravation of people wasting their time and hard earned money on gas or diesel on wasted trips. More

Please don’t buy a car from them; I had a horrible experience with the used car department. I bought a 2022 ram. I went home to show my family my new car (it had dirt and grass, napkins in the side door, and I found a box of cigarettes in the passenger seat). Honestly, I can't believe they showed it like this. That Saturday, I called and asked if they could make room for my car to clean since I have an hour's drive out there and they said they can’t promise me anything. when you spend that much money you would like it to look nice and feel nice. I’m so disappointed with this service in the used car department. I left a note for the GM so he can be aware of this issue and work to resolve it because no one deserves to spend that much money and drive off in a dirty car. More

Bought a vehicle in used department. Austin was awesome couldn’t ask for a better salesman. Just a few days after driving the vehicle check engine light came on was idling really bad. I had a warranty on it so I took it in and service took it. Well there was a lot wrong with it and they ended up having it from may 18 till July 12. They said it was fixed they still needed to do a few cosmetic things to it but mechanically it was good. I had a trip already planned for Tennessee and they said it was good to go. Well started having problem the moment I got it home the engine was knocking at idle. They still said that it was fine to make the trip. So we left out the next morning and it made the drive down but started having issues while we were there and on the way home. Got it to the dealership and everyone agreed they were going to get me into something else they didn’t want to put anymore money into fixing it and send it to auction. They didn’t have anything I wasted so they put me in a rental for the time being. Well I finally found a vehicle and that’s when they screwed me over. Now all of a sudden they won’t put me into anything else because I have to much negative equity in the Yukon after I had put 5k down. I didn’t want any of the vehicle they offered to get me into and they were willing to do what was right and get me into the vehicle I wanted or take back the Yukon so I cools get into the vehicle I wanted thru their sister store. So since I didn’t want any of the vehicle they had on their lot now they are going to fix the Yukon. Keep in mind they had it for 2 months and didn’t fix it right. Also while they had it one of their employees either back into it or hit something on it damaged the front bumper. Broke the wires that go to the defrost on the back glass. They never did the key fob like they said they would. They never posited the hood and touched up the deep body scratches like they said they would. I do not recommend the used car department at all cause they don’t care if they screw you and they don’t take care of you when they sell you a xxxx car with a warranty. They don’t keep their word and you mean nothing to them but dollar signs. More
