BUYER BEWARE! I Bought a 2017 Jeep Cherokee on 6/25/2022. Less than two months later the car completely broke down on the side of the freeway. After getting it to a local jeep dealership and diagnosed, it turns out that Southwest CDRJ did not do any basic maintenance after receiving the used vehicle. The spark plugs were never changed and caused a a cylinder misfire and now have to pay over $800 in repair costs. When I reached out to CDRJ to find out if they would help I was denied. I understand that there is inherent risk when buying a used car, but it just seems like shady business practices selling used cars without properly pre-screening the vehicles. BUYER BEWARE!
