Zack was amazing (as the rest of the staff) and this for a simple reason: I never felt like I was being ripped off or forced to buy stuff I didn't need. No one seems to have been trained on the dodge hornet specs and technology. I can get an oil change but thats it. I’ve been told they will not work on a car not purchased from their location. I don’t hav specs and technology. I can get an oil change but thats it. I’ve been told they will not work on a car not purchased from their location. I don’t have time to drive to the metroplex as I live closer to Stephenville. I’ve been here numerous times for a perform service indicator and no one can figure it out and help me get this resolved. I’ve reached out to the dealer I purchased the vehicle from and they indicated it’s only an oil service reset but no one can get it To reset the mileage until my next oil change. More
