Bought a vehicle in used department. Austin was awesome couldn’t ask for a better salesman. Just a few days after driving the vehicle check engine light came on was idling really bad. I had a warranty on it so I took it in and service took it. Well there was a lot wrong with it and they ended up having it from may 18 till July 12. They said it was fixed they still needed to do a few cosmetic things to it but mechanically it was good. I had a trip already planned for Tennessee and they said it was good to go. Well started having problem the moment I got it home the engine was knocking at idle. They still said that it was fine to make the trip. So we left out the next morning and it made the drive down but started having issues while we were there and on the way home. Got it to the dealership and everyone agreed they were going to get me into something else they didn’t want to put anymore money into fixing it and send it to auction. They didn’t have anything I wasted so they put me in a rental for the time being. Well I finally found a vehicle and that’s when they screwed me over. Now all of a sudden they won’t put me into anything else because I have to much negative equity in the Yukon after I had put 5k down. I didn’t want any of the vehicle they offered to get me into and they were willing to do what was right and get me into the vehicle I wanted or take back the Yukon so I cools get into the vehicle I wanted thru their sister store. So since I didn’t want any of the vehicle they had on their lot now they are going to fix the Yukon. Keep in mind they had it for 2 months and didn’t fix it right. Also while they had it one of their employees either back into it or hit something on it damaged the front bumper. Broke the wires that go to the defrost on the back glass. They never did the key fob like they said they would. They never posited the hood and touched up the deep body scratches like they said they would. I do not recommend the used car department at all cause they don’t care if they screw you and they don’t take care of you when they sell you a xxxx car with a warranty. They don’t keep their word and you mean nothing to them but dollar signs. More

You must catch every detail with the used car people. From the deal to making sure the vehicle is actually a quality vehicle. Vehicles are not serviced as they should be or as they claim. I spoke/texted (screenshots attached) with Lindsey Cox off and on for about a day and a half about my father-in-law (she was sent a pic of his drivers license) buying a 2021 Tacoma. She even sent a price off and on for about a day and a half about my father-in-law (she was sent a pic of his drivers license) buying a 2021 Tacoma. She even sent a price breakdown for driving it off the lot. During our back and forth I noticed on the website the price had decreased by $1000. I asked about it and was told they would honor that reduction so I asked about giving her a credit card to guarantee I was going to buy the truck. She said she wasn’t allowed to take a credit card to hold it but she assured me there was no one else looking at it and my father-in-law and I would be fine to drive there the next morning. We drove TWO HOURS to walk in and be told the truck had sold and the buyer was waiting on financing. Mind you, we came with cash in hand to buy that truck. She knew we were coming but didn’t have the honor, ethics or morals to call and let us know the truck had sold to someone else. We never go desperate for a vehicle as many things can happen with a “deal” so not getting the truck isn’t the issue, the issue is her not letting us know the truck had sold before we got there when she knew we were coming. She did kindly (sarcasm) offer us the option to buy a 2016 at a sister dealership that she would help us get a good deal on. I would not believe it if this woman told me the sky was blue. Excellent customer service! Angie and Patrick went above and beyond. They stayed until the sell was done (9:45 pm). There was no hassle or pressure.
