I'm so very unhappy my car needs a new motor and it still needs to be approve thru extended warranty and it's been in the dealer for almost 2 weeks already,, just for the approval. not counting on how much t needs to be approve thru extended warranty and it's been in the dealer for almost 2 weeks already,, just for the approval. not counting on how much time it's gonna take to order the parts and for them to come in nor the time to install the new motor. Uff i need a loaner since it's taking them so long and they don't provide it for me. i keep calling the service advisor and he doesn't answer my calls. More

Mac Haik Southway ford is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. That dealership made me want to never buy a Ford vehicle ever again and warn everyone I know not to go there for any have ever had with a dealership. That dealership made me want to never buy a Ford vehicle ever again and warn everyone I know not to go there for anything because they are so incompetent. I dropped my ‘22 Bronco Badlands off at the beginning of the week at the start of business 7:00am. I informed them on a seriously dangerous problem I had been having due to a battery detection issue that can result in loss of drive power where the Bronco would just shut down completely. I also informed them that I had a recall issued for my front park lamp. They assured me that they would take care of it. If you do not call them they will not give you any updates on your vehicle. If you do call them they also will not give you any updates on your vehicle so you’re left in the dark either way. On Tuesday I asked for an update they said they were still running test and they had replaced my battery. I reminded them about the recall and they assured me that they would fix any recall before releasing my Bronco back to me. On Wednesday they said my bronco sport would be ready for pick up. I told them I would be by at 5 since I have to work. 5pm rolls around and I am relieved to go pick up my vehicle since it’s my only means of transportation and the dealership did not offer me a loaner for the meantime while they worked on my bronco leaving me to figure it out on my own. I’m headed to the dealership when I get a call from the dealership stating they “forgot” to work on my recall and it was an “oversight” even though I had reminded them several times about the recall on my vehicle so I had to then just make my way home without a vehicle. Thursday I call to make sure that everything would be taken care of and I would for sure be able to have a fixed vehicle. I get out of work I head to the dealership the staff is less than helpful, all the staff were just gathered together talking amongst each other. The young lady at the cashier counter informs me that the man who does the paperwork has been gone all week and I have to wait some more while they prepare everything. They get the paperwork, no one comes to explain what they actually did to my vehicle to fix it they pull my bronco around I get in everything seems in working order I leave the dealership (it was already 5 till closing by that point) I am driving down the street when I make my first right turn only to see that my blinker is still hyper blinking I call the dealership they say something to the effect of “it shouldn’t be doing that” yeah I absolutely agree it shouldn’t be doing that they offer to pick it up the next day but will not guarantee that I will get it back same day. I check my ford pass app to check and see if they cleared my recall and it still shows incomplete. So it took them 4 full work days to just replace my battery, and not do anything to fix my recall but waste my time. I will never do business with this dealership again and everyone should avoid doing business with them as well. More
