The journey ended successfully I have been looking to purchase a Tucson for over 18 months. I took my time to compare, research shop around before making this purchase. Roderick Curtis was the first salesmen who initially helped me my first visit 18 months ago he was very helpful and took the time to really listen to my concerns. At the time the inventory was very limited in what I was looking for and could afford in my budget. My second visit however was a disaster, the saleman I worked with that time was Harvey Jones he was okay but I felt like he was a bit pushy but it was only after I spoke to the General Manager Lucas Walls that experience took a turn for the worst. He has arrogant, condescending and down right “rude”. When I requested my keys to leave he refused to get them for me. I vowed I would not return to this dealership to make my next Hyundai purchase. But I decided not to let one “Bad Apple” spoil the show This is my third Hyundai purchase and second purchase with Southtown Hyundai thanks to Mr Roderick Curtis he has restored my faith in your dealership. Would have rated the dealership 5 stars if it was not for Lucas Walls. More

Dave Phillips is a crook I bought a car from here working with Harvey who was great at what he does and really helped me out. BUT not even 3 weeks later my car wouldn’t start so after speaking with Dave who financed me he made it clear that “it wasn’t his problem” after doing some research online I’ve found that getting one ornament Dave’s cars and having it break down shortly after the purchase is a very common thing and on every occasion I’ve found he has done absolutely nothing to help the customer so with that being said Harvey and Daniel Tesfaye are great helpful guys but if you get one of Dave’s cars through car power finance 9 times out of 10 it will be broken down within a month. Anyone who intends to buy any sort of car needs these guys! I first spoke with Mr. Jones by phone. I explained the car I had chosen and the amount of money I had and that I wanted to be sure it was there before I first spoke with Mr. Jones by phone. I explained the car I had chosen and the amount of money I had and that I wanted to be sure it was there before I drove the 300 miles. He assured me it was and they could accomodate me. When I arrived, he was right there to meet me. They looked at my car and disappointingly could not give me the trade-in I wanted, but, in short order, they found a way to make up the $500 difference and sent me on my more than merry way. Mr. Jones told me he had played college basketball and I can truly say, he's still able to deliver a slam dunk! More
