I purchased a 2019 escape from southgate Ford. I bought a extender warranty . So my estimate on gas mileage is 21 city 27 highway. I get 21 miles to the gallon city or highway. Brought it back to I bought a extender warranty . So my estimate on gas mileage is 21 city 27 highway. I get 21 miles to the gallon city or highway. Brought it back to southgate Ford to find out why and my auto stop is not working . Could not find anything wrong . Said battery was only 60 percent they charged it says it works now . No it doesn't . So now they charged 240 dollars to check out and I'm still getting 21 mpg city or highway and car doesn't turn off . I guess I won't be going to southgate Ford again More

I have purchased or leased many vehicles from Southgate Ford. I have been very satisfied through many of those transactions. This transaction was not one of my favorites, but not through the fault of the Ford. I have been very satisfied through many of those transactions.
