March 16, 2020 service on my Escape I called my salesman Rob Shoults last week as I received a recall notice on my vehicle. Southgate Ford is the only Dear you need to know Dan Ryan leased my husband's F150 over the summer, we loved dealing with Dan he has a no pressure vibe. He works for you and what your needs and wants Dan Ryan leased my husband's F150 over the summer, we loved dealing with Dan he has a no pressure vibe. He works for you and what your needs and wants are so when I was turning in my lease (to another dealer) I reached out to Dan to see what he could do on getting me one of the last FLEXs he was on it, within a week I was driving around in new FLEX. Dan is very supportive and always a text away for questions no how big or small the question is. To comment on the FLEX, I leased a FLEX back when they 1st came out and I have had several SUVs since then and they have never compared to the luxury, the ride and experience the FLEX gives you. Anyone I pick up in my car says "I love the FLEX" or "I forgot how smooth the ride is". Every day I see the FLEX in my driveway it makes me smile, it is not just a vehicle … it is a state of mind. Seeing other FLEX owners they always say "HI" … it is like we all know how great of a vehicle we are driving in. I am glad to back in the FLEX Club and thanks to Dan he was able to get me back in that club before it was too late. More
