I took my 2024 Atlas in to get the bumperdillo replaced as the original one was installed improperly by a different dealer. The new bumperdillo is a different color and slightly smaller. Only downside was a chip in the bumper paint (I think the chip was hidden by the previous bumperdillo). The service advisor Andrew pointed it out to me, (which I really appreciated) and then took it over to the body shop to get the chip repaired. Not too noticeable, but I can see it because I know where it is. So I’m not disappointed with the service, just in the damage probably caused by the other dealer. More
I’m sure the staff at Southern Greenbrier are very nice individuals. There just seems to be a disconnect in regards to communication, I never in my life have waited 6.5 hours for a scheduled oil change. individuals. Perhaps since the staff is willing to communicate by text/ phone call.. perhaps one can provide an estimated wait time to the customer. Maybe provide shuttle service to the local mall? Upgrade vending machine options? Thus is what the competitor is providing. But most of all is empathy, or lack of. Even a show of a little compassion in regards to drastic wait times should be shown. More

The service department rotated my tires but did not check the air in each tire after rotating. My air light came on as I drove no less than 5 miles from the dealership. I’ve purchased two vehicles from this dealership and it seems that the service level knowledge of the mechanics and advisors dramatically decreased over the years. I only service my vehicle at this dealership. Although the service level is not up to par I stay loyal but am very disappointed each time my car is serviced. More
I was originally told the repair would take 4-5 hours but I did not get my car back for three days. I had to keep asking when it would be done and I feel the service representatives should keep the customer I did not get my car back for three days. I had a week old baby at home and did not need the extra stress of being careless for days. I was not impressed More
