Every time I bring my vehicle in, no matter who the advisor is, they are always very thorough and professional. I personally like working with Tim. He assisted me on my most recent visit for an issue w advisor is, they are always very thorough and professional. I personally like working with Tim. He assisted me on my most recent visit for an issue with my CarNet system. I was worried it wouldn’t be finished in time for our cross-country road trip, but they were able to diagnose the issue and correct it in a short period of time. Since it fell under warranty there was no cost to me either, which is always a bonus. I know sometimes (for us women especially), we feel pressured into paying for services we may not understand we need, or feel taken advantage of, but I have never felt that at Southern. Because of their positive attitudes and professionalism, I keep coming back, and have now purchased about 5 vehicles from them. More
