Been coming here for years with various cars I purchased because your service was good. The last year or so the service has been horrible. I had an appointment to come in to have an airbag replacement due because your service was good. The last year or so the service has been horrible. I had an appointment to come in to have an airbag replacement due to a recall for my 2014 Volkswagen Passat. When I scheduled the appointment two weeks ago I was assured the part was in. Plus I received notices confirming my appointment. My appointment was 7:45 am Jan 14, 2025. I arrived right on time and was told they couldn’t check me in because Andrew wasn’t there yet. 30 minutes later I was told he still hadn’t arrived so I asked why someone else couldn’t check me in and they said it was their policy to check in only with assigned staff. FINALLY Andrew showed up and said they didn’t have the part and he had been trying to find it elsewhere. So they lied to me as he was there somewhere calling around at the last minute. He admitted he should have called me the day before but didn’t. Last time I was there I had to wait forever for a simple state inspection. There appears to be staffing issues that desperately needs to be addressed. More
