The dealership is a decent dealership. I’ve been to better and been to worse. I’d say this one is mid of the line. The service provider seemed very defensive. Could be his demeanor, jus I’ve been to better and been to worse. I’d say this one is mid of the line. The service provider seemed very defensive. Could be his demeanor, just seemed not to like being questioned. I understand you have rentals, but it would he wise to have a fleet of 2-3 cars for warranty work or some kind if shuttle service. You go in for a warranty diagnostic ans find out they can do the work, but it will take hours. No way home or to eat (low blood sugar). The waiting area is decent but not equipped for 4+ hour wait. No desk with plugs or charging ports for people to set up computers or tablets to work if need be (as other dealerships have). More
