Love sales and have been a customer for 30+ years. Most of my experiences with your service department have been good. The problem I have is with warranty work. Their attitude totally changes and is inconsistent customer to customer. My engine blew 10/04 and I was offered a rental car for $55 a day until Hyundai approved the warranty work, then I could get a loaner, per Mike. I did without a car for 10 days, borrowing a car from friends and family, until my husband and I got fed up and went to the dealership 10/14. I was then given a loaner. Mike was very sarcastic about how he handled this situation. He denied ever telling me I would have to rent a car. This really made me mad and I felt he was calling me a liar. He also said it would be $450 to blow out the lines when replacing the engine. I called several mechanics and was told it was a 5 minute job and it should be included when replacing an engine. When we picked up our car, the lady in front of us was picking her car up from a blown engine. She received a loaner car the day her car engine blew. She was charged $450 to blow out the lines due to her husband changing her oil. I have no idea if they blew the lines out or not on my vehicle but I was not charged $450. Mike said he would be calling prior to the engine being installed to see if we wanted this done, but we were not called. This whole incident has really changed my attitude towards your dealership. I have sent many friends and family there over the years and they have purchased cars. This 30 year customer will not be back. More

I was informed my car would take roughly 2 1/2 hours which was fine however I had waited over 3 hours and no one ever gave me an update on the status of my vehicle and then when going to pay for the ser which was fine however I had waited over 3 hours and no one ever gave me an update on the status of my vehicle and then when going to pay for the service things were done that I had not requested in which they tried to charge me. I had an appointment and within 5 minutes I was checked in and in the waiting room. Work was done in a timely manner and reviewed with me at time of checkout. A few days later I received a follow up call, in and in the waiting room. Work was done in a timely manner and reviewed with me at time of checkout. It was extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone. I left my car two days in a row, and each time, no one returned my calls. It added to the stress I was already under.
