The dealership didn't properly assist me when I made these same complaints to them. There's no reason for you to pretend like your going to help me on social media. I also assure you the dealership knows who I am and how to get in touch with me. I am also surprised you are asking me to respond directly to this information with my personal information included in a public form.

I have taken the time when these matters occurred to make your dealership aware of these matters including management and nothing was done. I have taken my time and written Subaru corporate about these issues by emailing their customer advocacy department, just to be told to deal with the same dealership/management team that refused to correct any of these issues. Here is their message below.. "Thank you for contacting Subaru of America, Inc. I appreciate the opportunity to be writing to you. I apologize to have learn about your experience at one of our partnering Subaru Retailers. We appreciate you addressing your concerns. We have fully documented this on our end and made a case for you. If there are workmanship concerns and this is regarding previous repairs that have been completed at one of our partnering retailers. I strongly encourage you to reach out to the service manager at that Subaru retailer who performed the repair and work with them directly. Thank you.
