You have lost the human involvement and personal service EXCEPT for Harold woody. He’s the only reason we stay. We recommend people travel elsewhere. Bigger is NOT better!!! You get some call service center not even here. You cannot speak locally. It is too robotic. If I do not buy VW (ONLY for Mr Woody) then I will go elsewhere where you’re a person and not a number/voice. I still believe in customer service which your BIG dealer experience has lost. More
