Mostly positive experience; took almost 2 hours for one hour oil change and they tried to talk me into more service. The very next week after traveling 1400 miles I had to place another quart of oil in car hour oil change and they tried to talk me into more service. Highly over priced. I was not informed about $69 in shop supply fees. Never again will I go there. The part had to be purchased at O'riellys because no Nissan warehouse I was not informed about $69 in shop supply fees. Never again will I go there. The part had to be purchased at O'riellys because no Nissan warehouse in the USA even had the part. Because it was not directly a Nissan part, they told me that would void the warranty on the Labor if it fails in 12 months or 12000 miles. More
