Two things really soured my reaction to my visit to Southern Team recently. I had taken my Subaru Crosstrek in for its 90,000 mile checkup. And the bill was SKY HIGH. $349!!! I got the 60,000 mile s Southern Team recently. I had taken my Subaru Crosstrek in for its 90,000 mile checkup. And the bill was SKY HIGH. $349!!! I got the 60,000 mile service probably in March 2020 (the first day of pandemic hard shutdown), and the bill was as I remember it, only $ 240! I knew that it would be higher now. But over 40% higher!! Labor alone was a colossal $ 197!! Then my service advisor notified me that two bulbs needed to be replaced. I said, "How about tossing them in for free?" No can do, one is difficult to get at. So I said not to fix them. Just two days ago I took the Crosstrek to a local repair shop, they checked out all the lights completely, and ONLY ONE needed fixing!! They fixed it ..... FOR TEN DOLLARS!!! More
