Employees are almost always pleasant, which really helps the visit and service experience. I value that the, although crowded and not covid safe, waiting area has coffee and a TV( looks like somebody ate a the visit and service experience. It is also commendable that the service rep explains findings to us before automatically proceeding with repairs. The courtesy car wash, well car rinse off, is also quite appreciated. I rated four instead of five stars because I continue to find the cost of Subaru parts , and some services , to be very very high. I'm trying to maintain my loyalty to Subaru service but know that there are many quality garages in my area that could provide the same services at a much lower cost More
