Timely repairs however it was hard to connect to my contact Tiffany. I told office Mgr I needed to look at repair before signing any paperwork and she instantly got an attitude told Gary “she wants to contact Tiffany. Service representative was not friendly and even a bit rude. I waited 2 1/2 hours to have oil changed, tires rotated and an inspection with an appointment. The recommendations after service were very cost rude. I waited 2 1/2 hours to have oil changed, tires rotated and an inspection with an appointment. The recommendations after service were very costly and not necessary (according to 2 other mechanics) I took it too after this Hyundai appt. Not sure if a free inspection is worth taking the car there. On a positive note the service manager listened to my concerns and was helpful and professional. More
