1. Earns its reputation as a "stealership". Smart move giving free oil changes/inspections then upcharging for other "needed" maintenance when I go in. Cabin/engine air filter replacements are 3 times th giving free oil changes/inspections then upcharging for other "needed" maintenance when I go in. Cabin/engine air filter replacements are 3 times the cost. Did tuneup 25K miles before it was due. 2. Car has had at least 6 recalls. Brought in for a recall in 2021, mechanic broke the radiator while fixing the car. Had to have a loaner for over a month while they waited for a new radiator. 3. Brought in car January 2022 for oil change. Mechanic did not screw down oil filter. I got LUCKY the engine did not seize. 4. Does not honor all recalls if repair work already done. 5. Melissa Sigmon is the only knowledgeable/kind person there. More

My experience with this dealership has been horrible. I wish I would have never bought this car from this dealership. Day 1 they screwed the front tag directly into the front bumper after I told them I h I wish I would have never bought this car from this dealership. Day 1 they screwed the front tag directly into the front bumper after I told them I had a license plate holder coming. They would not repair or place the bumper. The dealership service center has returned my car to me with the hood not latched fully closed. They have returned my car to me and said fluids were full and toped off when they were not and were below minimum levels. They lost my wheel lug nut locking key that is required for removing the wheels and just said sorry causing me to have to buy the replacement to be able to have my car/wheels serviced. The engine failed due to a spun bearing at 28k miles which is covered by a class action lawsuit, the dealership refused to replace all parts that were caused damage by this failure giving me back a car with an engine guaranteed to fail, which it now has 2k miles outside of warranty and the dealership nor corporate is willing to help at all even though they caused the issue I am currently facing. The poor choices of this dealership have taken my life ling dream of owning an sti since middle school and one of the most proud moments of my adult life, being able to purchase this car and have completely ruined the experience of owning this vehicle. It also took almost 3 weeks of the dealership just holding onto my car without responding to me for them to make a decision they would not do anything. More
My oil change and multi point inspection were completed in a timely manner as I was waiting. Was allowed a visit with the tech to discuss tire condition as the OEM tires are still on the vehicle.
