I gave a fair rating due to the way i was treated about the paint coming off my car. If it would have been handled the correct way when my car was under warranty instead of a patch job then the issue would the paint coming off my car. If it would have been handled the correct way when my car was under warranty instead of a patch job then the issue would have never came about. Then when the issue came back up you wanted me to pay for it knowing you had a paint issue prior and didn't want to correct it. That is not a way to treat a customer for and issue on your part. More

I called the dealership 2 1/2 months ago to make an appointment since my check engine light was on. My car is a 202 2 Tiguan and still under bumper-to-bumper warranty. I was told that I could not have appointment since my check engine light was on. My car is a 202 2 Tiguan and still under bumper-to-bumper warranty. I was told that I could not have an appointment for 2 1/2 months. After I asked to speak with the manager, he asked that I bring my car out so that it could be diagnosed to make sure that the check engine light would not damage my engine to continue to drive even though they could not fix my car for sometime. I did this, the problem was diagnosed, and he assured me that he would order the part that was necessary and it was covered by the original warranty. I brought my car back 2 1/2 months later. Each trip to Southern team is a 20 minute drive for me. I was told that he did not order the part, he was gone from the dealership and that the part would be ordered, and I would be notified when the part came in. I went back to the dealership and picked up my car. No one ever called. I finally called and inquired and the parts manager assured me that he had given them my name to call since the part had come in several days before. I asked to be transferred to make an appointment to have my car fixed and left a message and no one called me back. Several days later, someone finally called me from the dealership and told me that they could fix my car the following week. I made another trip to the dealership and dropped my car and it was ready later that day. So, this is over three months later and five trips to the dealership later I finally got my car back fixed. More
